Make It!

I hope everyone had an awesome weekend! Today I'm sharing a diy project from this lovely blog on how to make your own rubber stamp. It's super easy and cheap! Let's learn how to make it!

You will need:
pencil
X-Acto knife
stamp pad
pink eraser
1. Draw a simple picture onto your eraser.
2. Take your X-Acto knife and trace around your image, cutting directly
downward. You won't need to get more than 1/8 of an inch deep.
3. Cut in from the edges of the eraser, being careful to only cut up to
where you traced the image with the knife. Work your way around in pieces,
clearing away the parts that come free, until all of the excess is cut away.
And there you have it! Ink it up and stamp away!
I spent all day Sunday sewing and getting ready for a craft show I have
coming up on Friday and Saturday in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I'm so looking
forward to this weekend. I have a friend watching our shop
dexter is staying with the grandparents, we're going to do some
local shopping, eat some yummy local food and see my Tulsa friends! Oh,
and hopefully sell some woodland plushy goodness.
Enjoy your Monday and happy making!

  5. That's a cook tutorial! I never would have guessed you could do that with an eraser. Love it!

I spent all weekend crafting myself. When it's ugly and rainy outside, it makes it so much easier.
