at the shop...

Yesterday at the shop we took down our snowy window and replaced it with a lovey one! We're only going to have this window display for a few weeks before we move on to our Spring window, so we 
kept it simple. 
I wrote lyrics to love songs on shipping tags to hang with the paper hearts. 
The picture on the right is my Are those even? face. 
To be honest, I'm impartial to Valentine's Day but I LOVE hearts.
I'm happy to have a good reason to put paper hearts in the window.

    Ditto on the valentines day sentiments! But hey, I have a great excuse to saw little metal hearts for my jewelry designs. ;)

    Love that photo of you in your last post, and I wanted to add that I think anything artistic works for getting out of the duldrums!

    I like the song lyrics! I just played a game where I had to hum the tune to each one. Ha ha.

    This might be something you've already talked about on here, but I'd like to know more about opening your store in general. How you guys decided to do it, what the process was like, anything you wish you'd done differently. I'm just so curious about the whole thing and don't know anyone personally who's done it. :-)
