Happy April everyone! I'm a little late to the party. We've been busy sprucing up our shop a bit for Spring. We love rearranging and building new things. Here's what we've been working on this past week:
Riley put in some wood shelves to hold our gift items. We had tall, black bookshelves here and we wanted to go for a more natural and open look.
We didn't have a spare mannequin so we built this display.
We felt it was time to change what was behind the counter (you can see what we had before HERE). We decided to go with pallets!
Husband built us an A-frame sign! We've been wanting to get one since we opened in 2009! We're still putting coats of chalkboard paint on so I'll show you the finished product once it's complete.
I've been making these little fabric flowers to turn into garland to hang in our store window. It's taking a bit, but I'm almost done!
Hope you're having an amazing Tuesday!!
♥
Your garland will be so bright and cheery! Love your use of pallets, too.
ReplyDeleteYour store is super cute! I LOVE the idea of decorating the crates. I sell industrial safety equipment on my day job and we have a warehouse full of these and never EVER though to look at them this way. That was so smart! Good luck with your new renovations.
ReplyDeleteI love the look behind the counter now! Such a good idea, lady.
ReplyDeleteLoving the updates in your shop! That garland is going to look so pretty!
ReplyDeleteThose shelves! Awesome. If I add any more shelving in my studio (which I'll probably need, let's be real) that's the kind I plan to use.
ReplyDeleteEverything is lookin' good!
