We also have a french press and what Riley does is..6 table spoons of bold dark coffee for 3 minutes. At-least that is how we like it. Then we just use the la lechera to taste. Oh and we make our coffee at night and let it sit in the fridge overnight so it will be nice and cold in the morning!
Mmm, looks so good!
ReplyDeleteYou have inspired me to do the same! I always get the Iced caramel macchiato at Starbucks, it's my favorite, but can get expensive!
We get those too! And we'll sometimes add a little bit of caramel to our new drinks.
ReplyDeleteI've had to do the same in the past, too. I'm getting back on a stricter budget so it might be time to start brewing at home again!
ReplyDeleteAny tips for a good home brew? I need to start using my French press but what's the secret to the right strength for iced coffee?

Awesome, thanks for the advice! I'll try that ratio. And it would help so much to do it the night before. I'm sure it makes the morning easier...
ReplyDeleteWonderful! I can tell by your face that it is the tastiest beverage you've ever had! :)
ReplyDeleteOh and I love those cups!
I love iced coffee and always do my own..Starbucks is miles away!
ReplyDeleteI love iced coffee, too! That's awesome you're making it yourself! I found your blog off the Etsy blog team. =)
