As I said in my last post, I won a Wreck This Journal from a giveaway Jo from smile monsters was having! Since we are state neighbors (me-oklahoma, jo-texas) my journal arrived quickly!
Along with the amazing giveaway journal she also sent along an adorable heart ring
AND some cute goodies to help beautify the wreckage.
One of the rules to entering the giveaway is to document it on your blog, so for the next several days....months, I will have a picture/video at the end of each post showing what I've done with the journal.
Since I received it today, I started working on the cover.
I definitely felt like a little girl sticking random things on it! And it looks like a little girl decorated the cover! hehe
I stitched my name on the cover with blue floss.
I made two Coraline inspired owls.
Punched out a corner of the journal and stamped it with a bird stamp I use for Stelabird.
