Happy October everyone!!
We're starting off this month's Monday Make It with something a little cute and spooky: a ghost plush! This DIY plush is super easy to create so let's get started!
You will need:
white fleece or felt
felt (black, pink and white)
needle and thread
stuffing
glue
scissors
ghost cutout (mine is 4.5 X 3.5)
1. First thing we're going to do is cut out 2 small eyes from the black felt,
2 rosy cheeks from pink felt, and a mouth from black felt.
You can give your ghost any face you'd like! I'm giving my ghost
sharp teeth.
Add a dab of glue to tooth and stick onto mouth.
2. Pin your ghost cutout to your material of choice and cut him out.
You have your face and you have your ghost shape, let's put them together!
3. Add a dab of glue to the back of each piece and place onto
your material where you'd like.
Grab your needle and thread, it's time to sew this ghost together.
4. Start in the middle and stitch.
Make sure to leave an inch open so you can fill with stuffing.
5. Time to add stuffing to your ghost plush!
6. Once you've added as much stuffing as you'd like, stitch up
your ghost plush.
BOO! You've got a ghost!
Boo ghost plush loves to hang out around your house. You can
make a big version and use it as a pillow on your couch this season!
Boo ghost plush also loves to play with children and pets!
Don't they look like they're having the best time?

ADORABLE! The ghosts were always my favourite part of Super Mario Bros. I'd make this about 18 times the size, though! I want a huge one that I can lie on.
