little tan man

It's 70 and sunny today here in Oklahoma! The past couple of days have been cold and rainy and I was in a lazy mood. It's hard for me to be productive when it's cold and gloomy out! But the sun is out and I'm in good spirits!!

We still have Andy in our lives, well, until tomorrow. His family comes home tomorrow!
For today, he's helping me stay on track while he gets a tan.






I need to list new things in my stelabird shop! I have pillows, pins, birds, and small birds to add! I just need to take pictures.

I do have new earrings at You're a dreamboat and I'll be listing these today and tomorrow! I love chrysanthemum earrings!

We love when Andy sings!

He melts my heart. I'm turning into a push-over dog sitter though! We put him in his kennel last night and headed to bed. I felt so bad when I heard him whimpering! I tried to ignore it but with each cry I felt sad. So I let him lie in bed with us on my side of the bed. He curled up against me and fell asleep. When I woke up I found myself sore from sleeping on my side all night and I was in a ball because he ended up in the middle of the bed under my legs. I moved him back to the side of the bed but of course he moved back next to me, and he ended up in the middle. I may just have to cover my ears tonight so I can't hear him whimper! It breaks my heart but sleeping is so uncomfortable. Plus, in the future, when I have my own dog, I don't want to be on It's Me Or The Dog because I've let my dog run my life (which I can see happening with the way I'm going)!

Also, when we leave the house, I worry about Andy being home alone! haha I just get nervous something is going to happen to him! Or that he's sad and lonely.

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all those who shopped at the Stelabird booth at Funky finds Spring Fling this Saturday in Fort Worth, Texas!! I had a blast!!!
I'm super excited that my first out of state show went well!
To be honest, I was really nervous because a lot of vendors had professional & extravagant booths and setups. Mine was pretty plain. And as usual I didn't take a lot of pictures! But I'll share what I did take pictures of!

We were able to take Banana along with us to the show since it was pet-friendly!


I'm happy it was pet-friendly because I had fun watching all the cute dogs walk around!! Here's Banana meeting a great dame named petunia!

Our Easter Egg Massacre didn't happen. It was cold and rainy so we have postponed it to either next Sunday or May. Our cascarones are patiently waiting.

a little update

I'm still working on what I've been working on.
I've been very distracted these past couple of days.
When I was in second grade I got in trouble for talking too much and I was moved away from everyone else and in front of the fish tank. This is where my distraction began. I didn't pay attention to the teacher and I didn't complete my work in class because I was too busy watching the clown fish and daydreaming. I almost failed 2nd grade.
Here I am, 16 years later, still sitting at my work desk staring and daydreaming. Except this time, it's not a clown fish, it's cats.
We have stray cats living next door, about five of them, and anytime they'd walk by the window I would stare. Hoping for a trick? I don't know. 2 days ago I decided to give them our leftovers. In my defense, they would dig in our trash to get it anyways. Anyways, I put it in front of my window so when they came to eat I would get to see them! I'm so lame.


The big white cat makes me sad. His face & ears are messed up, like he's been in a lot of fights. I haven't seen him fight any of the 4 cats though. I like to think he is the dad and the black one he's watching eat is the mom and the other 3 cats (that are black, white and black&white and are smaller) are their babies and he looks like that because he protects them. That's what I like to think.



So, yea, watching cats is my new hobby.

Mine are...
1. The flower earrings! They make me feel girlie when I'm just wearing a t-shirt and jeans (which is my usual attire).

2. All my bracelets. I like the clanking sound they make.
