(hello)

These owl snugglies are going to
Dwelling Spaces in Tulsa, OK tomorrow!

Speaking of Dwelling Spaces, who's going to the dunny trading party tomorrow at 5p?!

I AM!! And I'm excited!
This is my little kidrobot/toy collection thus far

So you now understand I'd like more.

You like the yeti in the frame trying to sneak in the picture?!

It's sand art from Grandpa Sandy!

Weather was rainy and cool today. I've been listening to Traditional jazz again on XM radio! Oh fall, I love you. Please don't go back to 100 degrees!

rain and all that jazz

The weather in August in Oklahoma has been amazing! Mostly 70s and 80s and lately it's been raining. It feels like fall! I've been listening to XM radio's real jazz and high standards, they play Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Dean Martin, Doris Day, etc. Total fall/winter music!! Love it. Fall is a great season. The nice weather has also affected Riley. He tends to write more songs in the fall and I've heard a few new ones from him lately that are amazing.
Last night Riley and I hung up our 4 yellow painted squares and our 4 lanterns.

I'm really happy with the way they turned out! I'm also happy our home is finally coming together!

And here are the pillows we got that I absolutely love!

Classes resumed on this rainy day. I had merchandising acquisition & allocation, post internship and decorative fabrics today. Yep, that's right, only 3 classes!! Today was introduction day so let's see how the classes turn out. I was excited about my merchandising class but I had a hard time understanding my teacher, so now I'm not so excited. Decorative fabrics seems like it will be fun. We'll learn different crafts and the origin of them. I believe we are doing tie dye, batik and free form embroidery on Wednesday. Sounds fun!

Are you still watching the Olympics? Me too!!
